Customer Relationship Partner Covering South West: Devon £37,414.20 at entry rising to £39,383.42 after 12 months 40 hours a week - flexible on evenings and weekends as and when required Where relationships create remarkable first impressions. This role is about more than showing people around - it's about truly understanding what they need, offering thoughtful reassurance, and helping them imagine the life that awaits. Here's more about the role: Developing and delivering sales and marketing strategies to optimise occupancy and achieve sales targets Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by engaging with local communities and referral partners Maintaining an excellent understanding of the local competition to ensure that Vivant Care are constantly developing and evolving their offerings Promoting and modelling exceptional customer service, working with teams across the home to embed best practices as well as managing resources effectively Presenting clear, up-to-date marketing data to internal stakeholders to inform them of strategy and decision-making Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, quickly resolving any shortfalls in delivery service when they arise Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement by gathering and acting on feedback from staff, residents and families About you We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales success, ideally within a similar care or service-led environment. You'll bring a creative flair to selling techniques, with the ability to think outside the box to attract new business and convert leads. A natural self-starter, you'll be highly target-driven, able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, allowing you to navigate challenges and deliver effective, strategic solutions that support both occupancy and revenue growth.
