Job Description
Our client has a vacancy for a HR Project Coordinator to support the HR Manager as the company moves towards a “self-service” HR model. This role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract and is full-time.
HR ESS will introduce online portals for employees to access and manage their HR-related information, such as personal details, payslips, and leave requests, without needing to directly involve HR staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating “How to” manuals
* Providing support to employees and managers on how to navigate ESS
* Creating a range of procedure guides
* Updating employee handbooks
* Creating a guide for the LMS system
* Developing recruitment guides
* Reviewing company documents
* Liaising and training managers
Required Skills:
* HR experience and the ability to produce documentation as listed above
* Teamwork and collaboration skills
* Experience with HR/HRIS systems
* Good communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
