Your Role Will Include:
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of needs (e.g., ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH)
Creating inclusive, structured, and nurturing learning environments
Developing EHCP-led targets and monitoring pupil progress
Working collaboratively with TAs, therapists, and parents/carers
Using creative, multi-sensory approaches to unlock potential
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has QTS or QTLS and experience in SEN or inclusive education
Is confident in managing behaviour in a supportive, compassionate way
Understands the importance of routine, patience, and positive reinforcement
Is flexible, resilient, and truly passionate about helping young people thrive
