Location - Chelmsford
Position - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Type of work - Classroom support & 1:1/Small‑group assistance
Start date - ASAP
Duration - Ongoing / Long‑term
Full time/part‑time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - ÂŁ100-ÂŁ120 per day
Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
đź“š EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
Understanding of classroom support strategies and differentiation
Up‑to‑date Safeguarding training (desirable)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
A positive, supportive approach to learning
✔️ TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
Provide two professional child‑related references
