The Role
We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to support the delivery of our social media strategy. This role is ideal for someone with experience as a Social Media Assistant (or similar) who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility. You'll work closely with the Social Media Manager to schedule content, monitor performance, and engage with our online community, while also contributing creative ideas and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with content creation (filming, editing, and copywriting)
· Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms in line with the content calendar.
· Support the Social Media Manager with planning and day-to-day coordination of social activity.
· Monitor social channels daily, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and supporting community growth.
· Spot trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and social-first content.
· Track and report on performance metrics, sharing insights to improve future activity.
· Ensure all content is on-brand and aligned with business objectives.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
· Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a social media, content, or marketing role.
· Strong organisational skills and confidence managing scheduling of social media
· Comfortable engaging with audiences online and maintaining a consistent brand tone of voice.
· A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn. YouTube and META, with awareness of emerging trends.
· Hands-on content creation skills (video, design, and copywriting)
· Eager to take the next step in your career, growing into a more independent and impactful role.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm from our state-of-the-art Head Office in Loughborough. This role will demand out of hours monitoring of our social accounts.
Salary - £25,000 - £27,000

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
