The Inclusion and Outreach team are looking to recruit a dynamic person who shares our passion for helping children and young people to achieve their full potential in the education system. The Inclusion team is a busy and supportive team which leads on early identification of need to ensure appropriate support is in place in a timely manner. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way we plan for children and young people to achieve the lives they aspire to as they reach adulthood. You will work closely with a wide range of partners to ensure appropriate multi-agency support is made available to meet the needs of individual children and young people. You will need to be able to establish effective team working alongside the ability to work independently.
