Job Description
You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience and ensuring our properties consistently meet established standards.
This hands-on role requires you to support all service areas, including cleaning, reception, and mailroom operations, to maintain smooth and efficient facility management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Workplace Experience Strategy, championing a people-first approach to enhance employee and visitor experience.
2. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring People, Technical, and Safety standards are consistently met.
3. Design and deliver engaging workplace activations that promote community, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging.
4. Support workplace technology, using Conviene for communication, space booking, and experience feedback.
5. Lead and inspire the Workplace team, fostering a culture of service excellence and innovation.
6. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, proactively managing on-site risks.
7. Handle ad hoc requests related to cleaning and property standards to maintain a high-quality environment.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Proven experience in corporate, office, or customer service environments
9. Strong background in Facilities Management and Workplace operations
10. Extensive experience in managing high-quality corporate events
11. Proficient in using systems such as Microsoft Office and data management tools
12. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
13. Personable, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery
14. Knowledge of office Health & Safety practices, including IOSH Managing Safely
