What it's like to work here You'll be part of the Commercial Propositions team which sets future direction for how visitors experience F&B and other commercial activities at our places and events. An important part of this is how our F&B partnerships with concessions add a complimentary offer for visitors whilst generating additional contribution for charitable reinvestment. Partnerships are key to driving greater impact as part of our‘People & Nature Thriving’ strategy. As the National Commercial Key Account Manager, you'll support this by driving the implementation of the F&B Concessions strategy as well as creating other new commercial opportunities. Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. What you'll be doing You'll cultivate growth-focused commercial relationships with our largest existing partners, new prospect partners, as well as build great cross-functional relationships organisation wide. Using sound commercial acumen combined with considerable knowledge of the F&B market and wider heritage commercial sectors, you'll seek out and deliver new charitable contribution. You'll also be a proud advocate of our sustainability ambitions, wider strategy and how these play into Commercial Propositions.
