We’re working with an organisation that needs a temporary Data Entry Administrator for a minimum three‑month assignment. The role focuses on accurate data entry and general admin support. They’re looking for someone who’s organised, detail‑minded andfortable working at a steady pace.
The working hours are 9:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday on a hybrid model.
Your new role
1. Update and maintain internal databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
2. Carry out data entry tasks with a strong focus on precision and consistency.
3. Support the creation of reports and documentation when needed.
4. Handle general administrative duties, including organising and filing documents.
5. Work closely with colleagues to improve and streamline data management processes.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Confident using internal CRM systems along with Microsoft Office tools.
7. Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail in data entry tasks.
8. Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
