BDS have an exciting opportunity for a Services Coordinator/Administrator to join our operational team on a permanent basis. BDS are a provider of Responder Services nationwide, supporting elderly and vulnerable service users to remain independent in their own homes for longer. The role will support Responder Services with administrative tasks from our Head Office in north Sheffield. Tasks and responsibilities will include: * Arranging holiday cover and rota planning * Daily spreadsheet updates on Responder activity * Sending and collating Responder training * Issuing ID badges * Preparing spreadsheets for future activity and future rota’s * Collating regular information from clients and passing to Responders * Creating reports on Responder activity on a weekly and monthly basis * Being the first point of contact for general queries and directing accordingly * General housekeeping tasks including stationary ordering * Cleansing and maintaining employee and ID files * Requesting references from previous employers * Managing group inboxes * New starter compliance tasks * Organising and supporting annual training We are looking for applications from candidates who: * Have great Excel skills including using filters, some formula’s and charts * Have generally good IT/computer literacy skills * Are self motivated and able to work to own initiative *...
