Help Desk Administrator

A well-established HVAC, FM & M&E contractor is seeking a Help Desk Administrator to join their growing team based in Fitzrovia. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and confident individual to play a key role within a busy building services environment.
The Role
As the Help Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Acting as the main point of contract between building managers and field engineers.
Handling incoming maintenance requests via phone and email.
Logging, prioritising and allocating reactive and planned jobs.
Scheduling engineers and coordinating workloads across multiple sites.
Providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the job lifecycle.What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience within a Help Desk, Facilities, or Building Services environment (preferred).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Confident handling a high volume of calls and requests.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.The Help Desk Administrator will be on £25,400 + Package.
