We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Paralegal to assist Partners and fee-earners within a leading legal firm. This role involves acting as a first point of contact for clients and managing key work streams to support complex legal matters.
The successful candidate will conduct legal research, proofread documents, prepare court bundles, and draft legal opinions such as Capacity, Due Execution, and Enforceability opinions. Additionally, The candidate will assist with drafting agreements, corporate authorisation documents, and reviewing constitutional documents of Jersey-incorporated companies.
The ideal candidate will have a law degree or equivalent qualification, strong research skills, and a keen desire to grow their legal expertise. Attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. They should be capable of managing multiple priorities, working both independently and collaboratively, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
