Key Responsibilities:
* Cost management of multiple housing schemes
* Procurement, tendering and subcontractor management
* Managing budgets, variations and valuations
* Site visits across the South West
Ideal Candidate:
* Prior house building experience essential
* Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence required
