Our local authority client based in Wokingham are urgently seeking an experiencedAdmin and Stock Co-ordinator.

Responsibilities
Opening building/trained alarms
Scheduling requests of New Equipment/Repairs/Collections (contacting the customer with time and date)
Prepare the Driver/Installers schedule for the following day with digital and printed schedules
Ordering new stock once the min stock levels are triggered
Signing stock in and out of store
Liaising with OTs and providing updates to Mosaic
Cleaning or setting up equipment if required
Acting as an appointed person in respect of first aid (not required to be first aid trained)
