Roles & Responsibilities
* Civil Engineering (core focus)
o Technical support for building construction projects during the delivery phase.
o Review and analysis of design and construction documentation (drawings, specifications, technical reports).
o Monitoring construction works for compliance with design documentation, standards and regulations.
o Participation in site meetings, coordination meetings and progress reviews.
o Identification of technical risks and support in proposing appropriate solutions.
* Elements of Technical and Cost Control (Project / Technical Controlling)
o Monitoring construction costs against the approved project budget.
o Review and analysis of cost estimates, tenders and variations.
o Support in schedule monitoring and identification of time and cost deviations.
o Preparation of basic reports and summaries related to progress, costs and risks.
o Cooperation with project management and finance teams in project control activities.
