This role is central to the successful production of high-quality products within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Working within controlled cleanroom areas (Grade A, B, and C), you will play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately, and in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Key Responsibilities & Measurable Goals Production Operations (Target: Zero deviations per batch) * Conduct end-to-end production activities, including dispensary tasks and preparation of stock solutions. * Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing processes across Grade A, B, and C cleanroom environments. * Execute production according to approved batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and controlled documents.
