Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator include:
* Contribute to a first class, candidate experience and act as the face of the Bramley Health, when meeting and greeting candidates
* Manage a case load of successful candidates and undertake their pre-employment checks in accordance with the companys criteria
* Chasing references and applying for DBSs
* Work with hiring managers and candidates to secure interview availability
* Database management and administration
* Certification of right to work documentation
* Further ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects
What you, the successful Recruitment Administrator will need?
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong understanding of MS Office (Word and Excel)
* Happy to pick up the phone and make calls
* Well organised and methodical in your work
* Experience working within an office environment (Recruitment is desirable)
