The Senior Clinical Data Manager role involves managing the full cycle of Clinical Data Management tasks, including leading studies, creating eCRFs, data cleaning, and study close-out activities. You will work collaboratively with Clinical Data Managers, Data Coordinators, Statistical Programmers, and others.

Your Responsibilities
* Provide CDM leadership for projects, acting as the main client contact
* Lead complex studies, manage timelines and priorities
* Oversee vendor contracts, resources, budgets, and vendor performance
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
* Ensure consistency with industry standards like CDASH and SDTM
* Guide external and internal teams to deliver quality data
* Manage risks and resolve issues proactively
* Mentor colleagues and lead operational activities
Your Profile
* Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field; certifications preferred
* 8+ years in clinical data management, with sponsor management and mentoring experience
* Experience leading studies in CRO/Pharma settings
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management, and systems
