The Opportunity As a Senior Architect, youll take the reins on your own projects from concept through delivery, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients while steering a full, multi-disciplinary design team. Youll be based in the Belfast office, working closely with colleagues who value collaboration, accountability, and doing great work without unnecessary drama. What Youll Be Doing Leading projects end-to-end, from early design through technical delivery Managing client relationships with confidence and credibility Coordinating and leading full design teams (consultants, contractors, stakeholders) Producing and overseeing high-quality technical drawings and documentation Contributing to a growing practice with exciting, diverse work across Ireland What Youll Bring Essential Minimum 5 years experience at Senior Architect level Strong technical capability with demonstrable project delivery experience AutoCAD proficiency Experience running your own projects and leading design teams Excellent client-facing and communication skills Chartered Architect status with ARB / RIBA / RIAI Desirable (nice-to-haves, not deal-breakers) Passihaus accreditation Conservation NEC accreditation Working Pattern Office-based role in Belfast MondayThursday: 9:00am 5:30pm Friday: 9:00am 4:00pm (yes, early finish because balance matters) The Package Excellent salary, fully dependent on experience Stable, growing practice with a strong project pipeline Genuine opportunity to influence projects and grow with the business A professional, supportive environment where quality work is recognised Why Apply?
