Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment are supporting a not‑for‑profit organisation in Aberdeen who are looking for a Finance Admin Assistant to join them on a part‑time basis. This is an initial 3‑month contract with flexibility around working days and hours, making it ideal for someone looking for a varied and meaningful finance support role.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key part in keeping day‑to‑day finance operations running smoothly. Working closely with their external finance provider and internal teams, you'll be the go‑to person for finance queries and general administrative support.

Responsibilities

Your role will include:

* Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries
* Processing invoices and supporting general finance administration
* Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
* Liaising with the external finance provider
* Supporting wider finance duties as required

Background and Experience

We're looking for someone who:

* Has experience in finance administration or a similar support role
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Communicates clearly and confidently
* Is comfortable managing routine finance tasks and juggling priorities

Experience in the not‑for‑profit sector is helpful but not essential.

Flexibility and Benefits

* Part time, approx. 16–25 hours per week
* Flexible around working days and times
* 3‑month initial contract
* Aberdeen City Centre location with parking
