Senior Personal Trainer (Small Group PT Facility) StrengthWorks – Bramley, Surrey Full-time | £30,000| Permanent This is not a casual coaching role. StrengthWorks is a high-standards, PT/ coach-led small group personal training facility. We work with affluent adults who value quality coaching, good movement, and long-term results. We’re hiring a Senior personal trainer who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and wants responsibility, progression, and a long term rewarding career within the fitness industry What You’ll Be Responsible For Coaching & Delivery Lead high-quality Small Group PT sessions (1:6 coach-to-member ratio) Deliver technically excellent, engaging strength-based sessions Individualise coaching within group environments Maintain high energy, professionalism, and control on the gym floor Member Ownership & Retention Own member journeys within assigned cohorts Build strong coaching relationships Lead consultations, goal setting, and progress reviews Identify and manage at-risk members early Ensure members feel supported, challenged, and confident Leadership & Standards Mentor and support Junior PTs Uphold and protect coaching standards Contribute to CPD and programming development Act as a professional role model on and off the gym floor Stay up to date and current with the fitness industry through continued personal development. Work closely with management to receive and action feedback productively. Sales & Community Support trials, onboarding, and front-end offers Assist with sales conversations where required Create, lead and represent StrengthWorks in internal and external community events. Attend frequent StrengthWorks internal and external events (some outside of regular working hours) Strong understanding of social media and how to use main platforms effectively., Minimum Requirements (Essential) Applicants must meet the following: Level 3 Personal Training Qualification Minimum 3 years’ Personal Training experience Experience coaching a brad age range and ability of general population adults. Strong technical foundation in strength-based training Confident leading groups and managing room energy Clear, professional communication skills Full commitment to StrengtWorks team, culture and comminuty. Desirable (Not Essential) Additional academic/ CPD qualifications beyond Level 3 PT Small Group PT experience Background in strength & conditioning, longevity, or performance-based training Mentoring or leadership experience Online presence.
