We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join this talented brigade of legends cooking great Modern British cuisine. If you want to work in a tight-knit brigade, where you will be valued and supported by a great Head Chef, this opportunity is for you.

Your day-to-day will include:
8. Running your section with precision and pride
9. Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with new menu ideas
10. Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
11. Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive kitchen culture
12. Upholding hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
We’re looking for someone who:
13. Has experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie, ready to step up
14. Takes real pride in their work and loves working with fresh food
15. Is calm under pressure and thrives in a busy kitchen
16. Wants to be part of a team that supports, inspires and delivers excellence
