LSH Auto UK, a prominent dealership group in the UK, specialises in Mercedes-Benz, Smart, BYD, Vans, and Advantage vehicles, and is in search of a dynamic and customer-centric Triage Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves efficiently handling digital leads for our six dealerships located in Manchester and Birmingham, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience from the very first enquiry through to potential vehicle acquisition.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for enquiries received from various channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and other internal applications.
Process customer enquiries promptly and accurately on the CRM system (Enquiry Max), ensuring all relevant information is captured to support the sales process.
Engage with customers and explore the needs and preferences of customers effectively.
Thoroughly qualify customer enquiries to determine if they wish to visit one of our six LSH dealerships across Manchester and Birmingham and then direct their enquiry to the relevant department
Be computer literate and proficient in navigating multiple IT systems simultaneously to efficiently manage enquiries.
Build strong customer relationships by demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
Accurately and proactively collect and record all customer and vehicle data to enhance the quality of our leads and sales process.
Self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, while effectively handling multiple software applications and technologies.
Achieve the following key performance indicators:
Maintain a telephone abandon rate of less than 10%.
Maintain 100% Call Quality.
