Responsibilities
* Programming and setting CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
* Creating programs and setup sheets for first-off production
* Manufacturing tooling as required and following planning routings
* Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes
* Ensuring quality, safety, and precision across all workshop practices
Qualifications
* Minimum 7 years’ CNC turning experience (time-served or equivalent)
* Strong Fanuc programming capability
* Solid understanding of workshop practices and engineering fundamentals
* Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills
* Background in aerospace or similar precision engineering environment (preferred)
* Keen to learn and self-motivated with a positive attitude
