We are looking for personable and organised individuals to join our Exam Invigilation Team for a school based in Ilford to supervise students taking both internal and external examinations for the end of year exams May 2026 : July 2026. The hours are variable depending upon the exam timetable.

Key responsibilities:
* Assisting with setting:up examination venues by laying out stationery, equipment and examination papers
* Directing students to their seats
* Advising students about possessions permitted in examination venues
* Ensuring that candidates do not talk once inside examination venues
* Invigilating during examinations, dealing with queries raised by candidates and dealing with irregularities
* Checking attendance during examinations and recording details of late arrivals
Requirements:
* Possess good interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with matters calmly
* Will need to be reliable, punctual and flexible
* No formal qualifications are required as full mandatory training will be provided, including comprehensive child protection training
* Physical fitness appropriate to tasks required (exam papers can be heavy in bulk, and there is a lot of walking involved)
* Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
* DBS on the update service (Randstad can support with this)
