Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per year (dependent on experience)

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Stokenchurch, seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

About the Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons and creating a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Creating a stimulating, inclusive classroom that supports all learners
* Using adaptive teaching strategies to meet diverse pupil needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations
* Assessing pupil progress and using data to inform planning
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reflective teacher who is committed to making a difference.
You will ideally:
* Hold QTS or PGCE
* Have experience teaching Year 4 or KS2
* Be confident differentiating lessons for mixed-ability classes
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management and organisation
* Be committed to pupil progress, wellbeing, and safeguarding
* Be an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Be eager to engage in CPD and contribute to school life
