Pratt & Whitney Canada is one of the world's leading aircraft engine manufacturers, serving as the exclusive service center for all engine operations in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The service center handles repair and overhaul, engine fleet management, customer support, and logistics support.
Our team in Chandler's Ford, UK, is seeking a working student (all genders) for aftermarket support, reporting to the Director of Customer Services.
Tasks
* Support the team in facilitating internal support for the repair or overhaul of aircraft engines across the P&WC network, including weekly status updates and tracking engine progression in the EMEA region.
* Develop working processes to enhance customer support levels.
* Liaise with the global team located in other regions.
* Undertake projects and tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
* Assist with invoicing for the MRO department through the in-house ERP system.
* Support the technical and organizational implementation of SAP.
Requirements
* Student in Aerospace Engineering, Technical Business Management, or a comparable course.
* Enjoyment of project work, problem-solving, and service orientation.
* Independent, committed, and team-oriented with a creative approach to challenges.
