* Shifts Mon-Fri: 8 hours, 5 days: 6am-2pm, 5 days: 10pm-6am (nights – shifts start Sunday), 5 days: 2pm-10pm, rotation starts again
* Permanent position
* Competitive salary plus shift allowance

Job Purpose
Efficiently run packing machines in the factory to meet the production plan. The packing operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packing hall.
What are we looking for?
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Ability to accurately update data via computerised systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* Driver\'s license is essential
* Experience in a factory environment desirable
What would be your key responsibilities?
* Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and raise any identified issues
* Support peers in achieving highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the packing hall
* Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard
* Actively participate in operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance
