We’re partnering with a high-growth, privately backed real estate platform with a multi-billion-pound portfolio across hospitality and living sectors. With an integrated model spanning investment, development, and operations, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is looking to strengthen its finance leadership team.
This is a high-impact role within a dynamic finance function, offering exposure across a complex multi-entity structure. You’ll take ownership of financial reporting, controls, audit, and treasury, while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities,
Financial Control & Reporting
* Lead the production and review of management accounts across multiple entities
* Oversee month-end, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory reporting
* Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy across all reporting
Audit, Tax & Compliance
* Manage the audit process and drive continuous improvements in controls
* Oversee VAT, tax postings, and regulatory compliance
* Monitor covenant compliance and liaise with lenders and advisors
Treasury & Operations
* Coordinate cash flow and intercompany funding across the group
* Support financing processes, drawdowns, and lender reporting
Transactions & Projects
* Support acquisitions, new entity setups, and post-deal accounting
* Contribute to technical accounting and ad hoc strategic projects
Systems & Process Improvement
* Own finance systems and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
* Drive process enhancements, including use of automation and AI
Required Experience,
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with ~6+ years PQE
* Strong technical grounding in multi-entity/group accounting
* Experience in real estate, property, or asset-heavy environments preferred
* Confident managing audits, controls, and stakeholder relationships
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
