Job Description
An Interim Head of HR to:
3. Lead a large HR Function
4. Coach and up skill the team and create a stable or continuous service
5. Identify and handle performance issues
6. Establish the HR function and HR team across the wider organisation
7. Provide strategic HR leadership and develop the people function
8. Continue to implement key HR projects, including establishing and modernising the HR function
9. Play a key role in significantly changing the HR function and embedding best practice across the organisation
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Head of HR should have:
10. Previous line management experience
11. Previous Senior HR Leadership experience
12. Available to start in January
13. Previous experience working in an Education setting
