Key Responsibilities

✔ Documentation & Compliance – Maintain meticulous records of orders, invoices, and shipping documents, adhering to strict defence industry regulations.
✔ Stakeholder Liaison – Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues, streamline processes, and keep operations running smoothly.
✔ Cost & Risk Control – Identify cost-saving opportunities and troubleshoot delays, discrepancies, or supply chain disruptions.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain administration (defence/engineering sector experience a plus).
✅ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you’ll be the link between suppliers and project teams.
✅ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), logistics software, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
✅ Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., MOD contracts, ISO standards).
