The Role

Working closely with the Head of Finance, youll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly from day-to-day transactions through to supporting audits and improving processes. Its a hands-on role where your input will genuinely make a difference.
Youll be involved in:
1. Processing sales and purchase invoices accurately
2. Managing staff expenses and payment runs
3. Bank reconciliations and cash management
4. Credit control and chasing outstanding invoices
5. Maintaining ledgers and accounting records
6. Producing reports (including flash and aged debt reports)
7. Supporting the annual audit process
