Salary: Up to £28,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £10K p/annum)

Internal Account Manager Opportunity
This is a sales led role focused on growing and retaining an assigned portfolio of customers through renewals, re-signs, and upselling additional products and services.
You’ll run outbound sales campaigns, build a strong pipeline, and take ownership of opportunities from start to finish. If you’re motivated by targets, commission, and performance, this role offers real earning potential in a fast-paced office environment.
Who We Are Looking For
* Proven success in upselling, growing and retaining existing accounts
* Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
* Target driven and motivated by commission
* Organised with good CRM and pipeline management skills
* Experience in telecoms, IT, or managed services (desirable, but not essential)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing revenue from an existing portfolio of business customers
* Identifying and closing new sales opportunities through renewals, re-signs, upselling, and cross-selling activity
* Running structured outbound sales campaigns aligned to business priorities
* Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
* Acting as the main commercial contact for your customers and understanding their needs to support satisfaction and retention
