About the Role
As a
Support Worker, you will:
Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people
Encourage young people to develop independence and thrive in a safe, structured environment
Work as part of a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality care
Help create meaningful experiences and positive routines every day
Be a role model and advocate for children and young people
Requirements
Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
Willingness to work unsociable hours including evenings, weekends, and overnight sleep-ins
Commitment to a 2 days on / 4 days off rolling rota
No previous experience required
full training and mentoring provided
