About the Role
This is a Full-time role with an immediate start, working with pupils aged 3 to 18 years old.
Working hours are 8.45am to 3.30pm.
You will play an essential role in creating a calm, structured and encouraging environment, helping students to overcome barriers and engage positively with learning and daily routines.
Requirements
• A minimum of 6 months of childcare experience, particularly supporting children with additional needs
• A patient and emotionally resilient approach when supporting students
• Ability to build rapport and maintain consistent boundaries
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
• Due to the school’s location, you will need to drive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
