They’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded paid media exec to join their growing digital marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about paid advertising who wants to build their expertise across multiple markets and platforms.
You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns, analysing performance data, and contributing to forward-thinking digital strategies. Working alongside experienced marketers, you’ll gain hands on exposure and real ownership in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The Role
* Support the optimisation and day-to-day management of paid search and paid social campaigns
* Monitor performance, analyse campaign data, and produce actionable insights
* Refresh and update campaigns in line with the wider marketing calendar
* Contribute creative ideas for new and existing campaigns
* Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging
* Assist with testing and implementing new platforms and tools (including GA4 and Google Ads)
* Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging best practice

* High attention to detail and eagerness to learn
* Some hands-on experience in paid search
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, collaborative, and keen to develop within digital marketing
