Job Summary
The Data Administrator reports to the Corporate Safety Systems Manager and performs administrative work in support of the Organization’s Health & Safety Program and its associated processes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Data entry and maintaining of tracking databases
* Reconciling and analyzing data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and data integrity
* Filing electronic and paper documents
* Assisting with projects and helping to develop reports and presentations
* Providing support to employees with regards to accessing health and safety information and other resources
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Planning and organization skills, ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
* Experience in an office administrative role is considered an asset
* Experience with safety system management software (e.g., eCompliance) and online contractor management platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta) is considered an asset
