Join our team What you will do Act as the Official Customs Officer for Atlantic Inertial Systems ltd Provide expert advice to our project teams and stakeholders on customs compliance and procedures ( inc lusive of import and export) Maintain accurate and auditable import records Provide c learance instruction s Oversee brokers customs clearances, ensuring timely and accurate HMRC declarations Manage and maintain all customs special procedures (e.g., IP, OP, TA, CW, AEO), ensuring they are updated and renewed as needed. Complete and submit all required customs reports, quarterly filings with HMRC, including bills of discharge. Support regulatory (United Kingdom/U.S.) and company policy related investigation and disclosure activities, implement resulting corrective actions Take responsibility of documentation ensuring all processes are met with the highest standard and attention to detail What you will learn and develop Global Trade and Customs knowledge Multitasking and efficiency Industry expertise Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in law or business and/or equivalent experience Proven experience working with customs is critical Knowledge of global customs and trade requirements Understanding of HTS and UK export classification is critical.
