Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualised support to pupils, including those with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and participate fully in classroom activities as part of the pre school curriculum.
* Supervise and support pupils during classroom activities, lunchtimes, and break periods, promoting a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment.
* Support the development of pupils' social and emotional skills, fostering positive behaviour and encouraging independence.
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organisation to facilitate effective teaching and learning.
* Contribute to the creation of an inclusive classroom atmosphere that reflects the school's values of respect, kindness, and integrity.
* Support pupils with their personal care needs where appropriate, respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
* Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required, maintaining a professional approach aligned with the school's ethos.
