CONTRACT / LONDON / HYBRID
A Global Insurance client has a requirement for a Broking Business Analyst to join their London based change team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship management working directly with colleagues in US and UK to understand their processes and requirements
* Analyse local process and requirements by country and by practice group (property, casualty, etc.) to then assist in the development of global processes and solutions
* Producing a range of Business Analysis outputs including, but not limited to, business requirements, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, user journeys.
Key skills:
* Knowledge of insurance industry with an insurance carrier or insurance broker in the commercial risk space
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a functional or technical capacity
* Confidence to question, challenge, and influence information to gain a deep understanding of business process
* Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with leading business and technical SMEs
* Analytical ability to understand complex subjects and transferring that knowledge into required deliverables
* Experience in producing a range of Business Analysis outputs (business requirements, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, user journeys)
