Requirements And Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience teaching a range of SEN students within the UK education system.
* A strong, current understanding of SEN policies, effective intervention strategies, and best practices.
* The ability to show resilience, patience, initiative, and strong leadership within the classroom.
* A clear Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one immediately).
