Your impact

In this key role you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the, you will be responsible for the overall geotechnical strategy, execution, and quality assurance of the piling works, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining alignment with project objectives.


Key Responsibilities will include

* Lead the geotechnical team, providing technical direction and mentorship.
* Oversee quality assurance and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
* Manage and review large-diameter pile construction activities across multiple building sites.
* Liaise directly with senior stakeholders, including project managers and client representatives.
* Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and resolution of geotechnical issues.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into broader project goals.


Here’s what you'll need

We we are keen to hear from from candidates who have a demonstraba Qualifications & Experience

* PhD level qualifications in a Geotechnical Engineering or Soil Mechanics related discipline.
* Proven experience in geotechnical engineering with a focus on piling design and construction
* Demonstrated leadership in managing site-based engineering teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Chartered Engineering with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE)
