From general repairs and meter readings to furniture moving and building condition surveys, you'll keep our facilities in top shape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up rooms for functions
* Perform general repairs and routine maintenance.
* Move furniture and furnishings.
* Respond to emergencies outside normal hours on a rota basis.
* Undertake various tasks as directed by management.
Whats Needed:
* Experience in building maintenance.
* Basic IT skills (emails, record keeping, smartphone use).
* Adaptability and initiative.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Comfort working at heights.
* Positive attitude and methodical approach.
* Punctuality and good presentation.

* Valid driving license for van use.
