We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to work at The Orchards Holiday Park in Newbridge. The role involves providing excellent customer service and managing various administrative tasks.

3. Managing bookings in the GemaPark system, including making amendments, processing payments, and sending confirmations.
4. Arranging ferry bookings with Red Funnel and Wightlink, and issuing tickets to guests.
5. Welcoming guests upon arrival, guiding them through the check-in process, and addressing any queries during their stay.
6. Preparing paperwork for arrivals and departures and coordinating with other teams within the holiday park to ensure smooth operations.
