About the role
As BMW General Sales Manager, you\'ll have full ownership of our BMW Sales department. You\'ll lead a talented team of:
* 7 Sales Executives
* 3 Trainee Sales Executive
* 1 Used Car Manager
* 2 Business Managers
Supported by our Sales Support teams, this department delivers around 1,200 BMW sales annually-and your leadership will ensure we keep exceeding targets while accelerating growth.
You\'ll be responsible for:
* Achieving and surpassing sales, profit, and F&I targets
* Driving team performance through coaching, development, and clear KPI management
* Optimising budgets, stock levels, and showroom space for maximum efficiency
* Ensuring a customer journey that reflects the premium BMW brand
* Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver strategic business objectives
This is a hands-on leadership role where your commercial acumen, energy, and passion for excellence will directly impact performance and profitability.
