Job Description:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified sales leads for the Sales team. This role focuses on new lead generation, prospect research, and CRM documentation. Location: UK (preferably Plymouth).
Responsibilities:
1. Perform strategic outreach to prospective clients, generating qualified meetings for the business development team.
2. Use web research and social channels including LinkedIn and online user groups to identify and develop prospects.
3. Update CRM system with key information and develop follow-up strategies.
4. Identify sales opportunities that meet qualification criteria.
5. Build rapport with prospects by offering resources and understanding their buying stage.
Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with CRM platforms and related technologies is an advantage.
* Attention to detail and good documentation skills.
