Mobile Fire & Security Technician
My market leading, FM client are hiring a Fire & Security maintenance engineer to join their team, focusing on large static commercial sites across South London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and are looking for an opportunity to progress in FM.
1. Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week
2. Mobile across multiple South London Sites
3. £36,627 + van & fuel card
4. Holidays - 33 days including bank holidays
Responsibilities:
5. To undertake maintenance and repairs in accordance with KPI's set by the customer
6. Planned, reactive and statutory works designated to a CCTV engineer is carried out
7. Fault diagnosis and repairing all fire & security equipment fitted in store
8. Knowledgeable in IP CCTV, fire alarms and electronic security systems
9. EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance)
10. Access Control
11. Automatic Pedestrian Gates
12. Intercoms
Requirements:
13. Electrical Competency Qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds)
14. CCTV IP/analogue systems & Fire alarm systems knowledge
15. IPAF licence holder
16. Current drivers licence
17. Willing to work flexible hours
