Job role: Customer Care Colleague
Location: Worcester
Length: 6 Months
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shifts: Between Monday-Saturday (working every other Saturday)

Overall purpose of the role
Barclays are looking for Customer Care Colleagues to join their well established team in the Worcester Branch. You will be the face of Barclays for our customers who are visiting the branch for their everyday banking needs and your focus will be committed to supporting customers and ensuring their experience is one to remember.
Key Accountabilities:
* Meet and greeting customers
* Providing support with self service devices when needed
* Ensuring customers are seen to in a timely manner
* Supporting customers with bank servicing requests
* Supporting customers with their banking needs
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in a customer facing role- retail, hotels, waiting
* Customer service centric
* Team player
