As part of the largest CAT dealer in the UK and Ireland, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
What You'll Do:
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will:
* Respond to customer service requests in the field, diagnosing issues and providing detailed information to both customers and Finning.
* Estimate arrival times and communicate effectively with site management to ensure smooth operations.
* Utilize specialized equipment to diagnose equipment problems and provide comprehensive details for quoting.
* Identify and requisition necessary parts for repairs, coordinating service re-visits with customers.
* Perform repairs and service work to bring machines up to the required standards.
Your Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Experience with field-based diagnostic tools and heavy earth-moving equipment.
* A valid LDV driving license.
* Apprentice-trained or formally trained (NVQ Level 3 preferred) with significant experience as a service engineer.
* Experience with a variety of construction and static machines.
