Administrator – L&D Commissioning & Apprenticeships Team – Chichester (G5), Chichester
This role involves supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) Commissioning and Apprenticeships Team with administrative and coordination tasks related to contracts and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing team inboxes and supporting process documentation.
* Maintaining data and information using team templates and spreadsheets.
* Processing large volumes of data as part of ongoing process improvement projects.
* Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and procurement data.
* Updating and maintaining records across various systems.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in IT, especially Excel, with strong administrative skills.
* Ability to process data accurately, identify and resolve issues, and maintain focus over long periods.
* Experience working with sensitive information and handling repetitive tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems effectively.
* Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
* Good numeracy and analytical skills for working with figures and data analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
* Minimum of 4 GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent experience.
* Sound knowledge of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
Additional Information:
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Hours: 37 hours per week, immediate start, working hours 09:00-17:30
Salary: £12.59 per hour
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (at least one day in the office)
